KR TV LANKAN VOICE is a Sri Lankan news service reporting in Tamil and English. We cover national news, the Eastern Province, and the stories that affect our communities directly — local government, policing, schools, weather and disaster response, and the decisions in Colombo that reach ordinary households.
What we cover
Our daily reporting is organised around a few areas: Sri Lanka national news, the Eastern Province and Kattankudy, world news of local relevance, and public-safety alerts such as flooding and severe weather.
How we work
We publish what we can verify. Where a report comes from an official source — the police, a ministry, a court, or a named official — we say so. Where information is still developing, we say that too, and we update the article rather than leaving an incomplete version standing.
