தற்போதைய அரசாங்கம் பதவியேற்று இரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைவதை முன்னிட்டு, பொலன்னறுவை நகரில் "நமது அரசாங்கம்: ஈராண்டு ஆட்சி - நாட்டிற்கு மாட்சி" என்ற மகுடத்தின் கீழ் மாபெரும் விவசாயிகள் பேரணி மற்றும் பொதுக்கூட்டம் மிகச் சிறப்பாக இன்று (12) இடம்பெற்றது.

 நாட்டின் விவசாயத் துறையை மேம்படுத்துதல், விவசாயிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உர மானியங்களைத் தடையின்றி வழங்குதல் மற்றும் கிராமியப் பொருளாதாரத்தை வலுப்படுத்துதல் ஆகிய அரசாறங்கத்தின் கொள்கைகளை முன்னிலைப்படுத்தி இடம்பெற்ற இக்கூட்டத்தில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான விவசாயிகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்கள் உற்சாகத்துடன் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

 கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளில் விவசாயிகளின் நலனுக்காக மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஆக்கபூர்வமான செயற்பாடுகள் குறித்தும், எதிர்காலத்தில் விவசாயத்துறையை நவீனமயமாக்குவது தொடர்பாகவும் இதன்போது விசேட விளக்கமளிக்கப்பட்டது.

"අපේ ආණ්ඩුව: වසර දෙකයි - රටට සුබයි" - පොළොන්නරුවේදී පැවති දැවැන්ත ගොවි රැලිය!

වත්මන් රජය බලයට පත්ව වසර දෙකක් සපිරීම නිමිත්තෙන් "අපේ ආණ්ඩුව: වසර දෙකයි - රටට සුබයි" යන තේමාව යටතේ දැවැන්ත ගොවි රැලියක් සහ ජන හමුවක් අද (12) පොළොන්නරුව නගරයේදී ඉතා උත්කර්ෂවත් අයුරින් පැවැත්විණි.

රටේ කෘෂිකාර්මික ක්ෂේත්‍රය නංවාලීම, ගොවීන්ට අවශ්‍ය පොහොර සහනාධාර අඛණ්ඩව ලබා දීම සහ ග්‍රාමීය ආර්ථිකය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම යන රජයේ ප්‍රතිපත්ති පෙරමුණට ගනිමින් පැවති මෙම රැළිය සඳහා දහස් සංඛ්‍යාත ගොවි ජනතාවක් උද්යෝගයෙන් සහභාගී වූහ.

පසුගිය වසර දෙක තුළ ගොවි ජනතාවගේ සුභසාධනය වෙනුවෙන් ගෙන ගිය ධනාත්මක ක්‍රියාමාර්ග මෙන්ම අනාගතයේදී කෘෂිකර්මාන්තය නවීකරණය කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදී විශේෂ දැනුවත් කිරීමක් සිදු කරන ලදී.

People’s Rule: Two Years Strong – Progress for All’ Farmers’ Rally Held in Grand Style in Polonnaruwa!

Marking the completion of two years in office, the ruling administration successfully held a massive farmers' rally and public gathering in Polonnaruwa today (12) under the banner ‘People’s Rule: Two Years Strong – Progress for All’.

 Thousands of farmers and citizens gathered with great enthusiasm to highlight the government's continued commitment to agricultural development, the seamless distribution of fertilizer subsidies, and the overall strengthening of the rural economy.

The rally served as a platform to underscore the administration's achievements in empowering the agricultural sector over the past two years, alongside future strategic plans aimed at modernizing farming practices across Sri Lanka.
